Welcome to MyMav Training for Academic Advisors

Academic advisors, faculty and staff have many tools to use when interacting with students on a day-to-day basis. One of the most important tools is the MyMav system - UTA's Student Information System. MyMav is a PeopleSoft product.

    • add/drop/swap courses
    • access notes history
    • change a student's major
    • conduct class searches
    • document individual or group notes
    • send individual or group emails
    • add documents to the student record, and
    • run MAP reports (degree audit) and unofficial transcripts.
